I can't say enough good things about my experience with this appliance repair service! Last week, my refrigerator started making this awful noise, and I was worried I’d have to buy a new one. I called them, and they were able to schedule a technician to come out the very next day. The technician arrived right on time and was incredibly knowledgeable about the issue. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty compressor and had the part in his truck! I was amazed at how fast he worked to replace it. Not only was he professional, but he also took the time to explain what he was doing and why it was necessary. It’s refreshing to find a service that prioritizes customer satisfaction. The price was very reasonable for the level of service I received. The only slight downside was that I had difficulty reaching them when I first called, but once I got through, everything else was smooth sailing. I’m so relieved to have my fridge back in working order without breaking the bank. Highly recommend this service if you’re in need of a repair!

I recently had my washing machine repaired here, and overall, I’m pleased with the service. The technician who came out was punctual and very polite, which made the whole experience more enjoyable. He diagnosed the problem swiftly and was very informative about the repairs needed. I appreciated that he took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. The repair was completed within a couple of hours, and my washing machine is working perfectly again. The pricing was fair, too, which is always a plus. However, I did encounter some difficulty scheduling the appointment. It took a couple of tries to get through, and I had to leave a message, which was a bit frustrating. They eventually called me back the next day, but the initial delay was something I hope they can improve on. Despite this small hiccup, I feel confident in recommending them for any appliance issues.
